TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS
Client is to cover flight, hotel, transportation & any work visa fees or business taxes for a minimum of a 4 night stay for each videographer.
Why 4 Nights? 2 nights before event in case of delays/lost luggage, 1 full day before event for establishing shots plus wedding details, flat lays, dress/suit shots, rehearsal/welcome dinner coverage, 1 night after event for 1st Breakfast/Brunch, bridal session, boudoir bridal session, trash the dress, bridal party excursion or any final location shots.
PAYMENT IN-LIEU OF
In certain situations, like to new destination locations, we would be willing to account for flight & hotel accommodations towards the balance due.
Those destinations include, but not limited to:
Anywhere in Europe, South America & South East Asia, Maldives, Bali, Bora Bora, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Hawaii, Jamaica, Bahamas, St. Thomas, St. Kitt, Turks & Caicos, Trinidad & Tobago, Belize, Barbados, Banff, Lake Tahoe
Where are you based and where have you traveled to?
I am based in Baltimore, Maryland so I'm near 3 international airports!
I've shot weddings & engagements all over the U.S. including Sedona, Miami, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, plus internationally in Cancun, Cabo, Paris, Costa Rica, Punta Cana, & St. Lucia.
What is your booking process?
1. Inquiry: Fill out the Contact Form
2. Consultation: We'll call, FaceTime, or Zoom to discuss your needs & to see if we're a good fit. Expect roughly 15-20 minutes.
3. Booking: a 25% retainer of the total price & signed contract is required for reservation & booking.
4. Planning & Questionnaire: Once booked, we dive into the planning process! A questionnaire may need to be filled out.
5. Shooting & Delivery: On the day of the event, we capture beautiful imagery. Your videos and/or images will be delivered a few weeks afterwards via online gallery link.
What if I can't pose myself?
That's why you are hiring a professional! We are here to guide you through posing so it looks effortless. We will also help you with your outifts.
Do you include a 2nd professional videographer?
I have been primarily a solo shooter for the past 5+ years so I rarely have a 2nd shooter.
However, my top package, Premiere, does include a 2nd videographer. Any staff will need their own separate flight, hotel & transportation accommodations.
When will we get our videos?
You will receive an online gallery link with your videos and/or photos within a maximum of 12 weeks from the event date, but is subject to change.
You'll be able to download the videos and photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites and even order prints.
How long with my highlight video be?
Generally, it depends on the length of coverage needed for the event & the amount of content there is to capture. But typically, you're looking at a 5+ minute highlight.
We do not offer extended documentary cut films (ie. 15+ minutes), but certain exemptions may be made.
Do you have commercial business liability insurance?
Yes. It is a $2M business liability policy provided by Full Frame Insurance. I also carry professional liability as well.
What kind of gear do you shoot on?
My nickname in the photo/video community is affectionately "Netflix Nate."
I shoot primarily on a Netflix-capable Sony FX3 Cinema Line camera. I also have two Sony A7 III's UHD & 4K capable cameras with Sony & Tamron lenses ranging from super wide 20mm to a 180mm telephoto.
Stabilization: Ronin-S gimbal and Avella carbon fiber monopod w/ K5 Komodo video head.
Lighting: Godox LA200BI for key & ML60BI for fill light plus two CAME-TV Q-Series 55W spotlights.
Audio: DJI Mics, Tascam DR-10L's wired lavaliers and a Tascam DR-05x field recorder.
Drone: DJI Mavic Air 2
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards or ACH transfers via Square or Stripe.
Do you have monthly payment plans?
I absolutely do. I actually prefer to setup monthly payment plans.
